Refunds & Returns Policy

EPIA is committed to transparent, patient-focused care. This policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund. Please review it before booking, paying, or using any services.

1. Medical services are non-returnable

Once a consultation, procedure or treatment cycle begins, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. This covers consultations, diagnostics, lab tests, IVF protocols and egg-freezing packages.

2. Appointment cancellation and refund

  • Cancel a paid appointment at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable, though rescheduling may be considered case-by-case, based on availability.
  • No-shows are not refundable, but rescheduling may be allowed on request, subject to availability and clinical discretion.

3. Digital services and offers

Refunds do not apply to discounted packages, digital assessments, promotional offers or content services once delivered or started. For technical failures or booking errors, email us within 48 hours at care@epiafertility.com for review.

4. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method, with email confirmation. EPIA is not liable for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

5. Changes to services or appointments by EPIA

If EPIA must cancel or reschedule for clinical or operational reasons, you will be notified early and offered a full refund or an alternative slot at no extra charge.

This policy is governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
